There will always be others out there that will be the cheap ones, always trying to find a way to get your busines from companies like mine, but the raw truth to this is, we all pay the same for our gas we put in the trucks, the materials we use on your property, and the insurance that we pay. The major difference come down to the moral base that we have as human beings. Am I willing to pay an employee a substandard wage and work them like a dog 60+ hours a week, am I willing to not do the job that you requested from me the right way instead of the half baked way and not make the pests go away, am I willing to short change you, the client, to make sure my technicians don't spend anymore money on your property. Well the answer is HELL NO. The price is in the quality of the company that you hire and in the integrity of the technicians that I put on your property. A clean well dressed service technician in a well maintained vehicle suppling the service while using the best materials and education will always cost a bit more then those spray and go jockeys that the big companies always use.
When you call that cheap guy...... where are they?
When you call your cheap pest control company is it a local call or do you call cross country and have to wait days for a return call? Allot of the cheap companies will out source their customer service call center to cut expenses. You all have run into this at some time or another. Call to get something done and you reach someone in another state or even another country. When you call Bug Busters you get our call center located in the capitol city of Olympia. That call center then contacts the technician that is located in your area. By doing this we can cut the response time down to sometimes minutes when it's needed not days or weeks in some cases with those cheap guys.
What does that cheap guys contract really say?
If you spend the time and read the contract that the cheap guy left you will find it to be very vague. They will never tell you everything that you need to know about their service. They love to SURPRISE you with those not covered items and those extra fees that you did not know about. Bug Busters puts everything in writing so you will know exactly what you have agreed to. We never limit the type of pests that we cover indoors. ALL indoor pests are ALWAYS covered. If there are any additional fees you will have them in black and white, right there in front of you.

I am willing to bet the cheap guy will tell you that he will come back as many times as it takes to get the pest. Well, that's a great guarantee, but why didn't he do it right the first time? Will he allow you to cancel the contract if they can not give you the service that you agreed to? You are paying for a pest control contract, not a contract to re-treat all of the same units each month. Results is what you want with your contract. We both know that the pest problem is not caused by you or me, it caused by the resident in most cases. So you hire a pest control company to make the pests go away, and they should, some may take a little bit longer then others, but the whole purpose is to make them go away. If for some reason, we can not get the pest problem under control and remove it, you can cancel my agreement* and try some one else. I do not want you to have to continue to receive poor service under a contract if the service you where promised does not happen.
